Quick and easy dishes for your quarantine life

Mar 31, 2020 Cayman Islands

Curfews and lockdowns are just about everywhere  and being laid off leaves me nothing much to do at home except cook cook cook! My mom used to tell me that sautè-ing is the beginner's introduction to almost all Filipino dishes. So by watching numerous tutorials on YouTube (highly recommend PanlasangPinoy!) and reading cookbooks, I'm going to share with you my very easy "walk in the park" recipes for three dishes below that basically start off with Sautè!

// Before we begin, check out this new project on my blog called International Blogger Friends Directory. The goal is to have at least one blogger friend from each country around the world! Click here for more info. //

  6. Thank you for sharing your recipes in quarantine! Cooking has been something I've been thinking of actually learning how to do this isolation season, mostly out of necessity, but I'm still so stumped. I literally had baked beans on toast for dinner today :'). I really love how your recipes have a filipino edge to it.

  7. I only learned by watching Youtube tutorials! Thank you so much❤
